All products are handmade with care. Slight variations in color, size, stitching, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature—these are not considered defects.
Prices include shipping & any fees to the United States (as noted on product pages). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time.
Orders are accepted upon payment confirmation.
2. Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Lost or delayed packages: We are not responsible once shipped, but we'll assist with tracking and may reship or refund at our discretion for verified issues.
3. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your Stitch Goblin purchase!
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
- Contact us at stitchgoblincontact@gmail.com within 30 days to initiate a return.
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original condition (with tags/packaging if applicable).
- You pay return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping costs.
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after confirmed receipt.
4. Intellectual Property
All products, photos, and content on this site are owned by Stitch Goblin. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

We may update these Terms—continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated version.
